1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder

1. Measure the Flour with the Baking powder and mix it all up!
Baking Science Note: When baking with this mix, make sure you add some type of ingredient that acts as an oil for the recipe. -This also helps to bind the dry ingredients together and keeps the pancakes, waffles..etc, a little moister and fresher so they will keep longer too.
Nutrition Advice: If you add the oil later, the mix will keep longer and the oil can be healthier than what people usually add- which is shortening. I tend to use unsweetened applesauce and organic pumpkin to replace the oil in nearly all of my recipes, which cuts down the calories and adds nutrients wherever possible.
